Sugar & Spice was started in April 2008 by friends Chelsea Hybels and Julie Reisner. Chelsea and her husband and 2 children and Julie and her husband and 2 children spent many hours tweaking the business model and bringing the dream to life! Chelsea loves the princess and fairy parties the best because they keep the innocence of the girls just a little longer and Julie loves the fun and funky pop-star make overs because...well, she's just sassy like that!

ISugar & Spice has closed our retail location in order to spend more time with our families and this will also allow us to re-focus on what we do best...PARTY!

With over 200 parties (YES! OVER TWO HUNDRED PARTIES!!!!) we have the expertise to create a wonderful party while allowing you to sit back and enjoy it!
