About Us

Sugar & Spice started in April 2008 from an idea that Chelsea Hybels had and then with the help of Julie Reisner they developed it further and opened in September 2008 just as the economy really took a downturn.

Everyone thought we were crazy! Why would we open a business during this economy. Maybe we are a little crazy, but when we opened, we thought people still have to celebrate birthdays. Everywhere you go you can have a boys party too, but where can you to just be a girl?

While Sugar & Spice's primary business is offereing full service birthday parties for girls (and their overstressed parents) the store also offers a small retail area with unique boutique items for both young girls, pregnancy moms, and your adult BFF!
